Applications can be picked up at the City of Phoenix Personal Office at: 135 N. 2nd Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85003 Main Number: 602-534-3467 or downloaded at www.phoenix.gov/fire Written Test: April 7, 2008 - This day ONLY !!!! You must have your application you picked up during the week of February 25th-29th 2008. The Written test will be held the Phoenix Convention Center in Downtown Phoenix. |
